The moment I started my process with Quest, I knew they were different and unique from other agencies. In particular, dealing with Carolyn at the Oxnard location. She was professional and very helpful in finding my next assignment.
One of my first great experiences with Quest was obtaining their video training in injury prevention and how to report an injury in the workplace as well as their entire new hire packet, pleasant and user-friendly. The second experience was working with them in the recruitment process with the employer I was assigned to. They successfully provided us with qualified candidates resulting in direct placement. Finally, my direct placement process — smooth transition.
I highly recommend Quest of Oxnard, California. If you do your part by providing them with all the essential needs, they will in turn provide you with job placement opportunities.

Quest Staffing Services is a great place to receive help in job placement. I sought out Quest in September and by October I had a full time job. Christina Ochoa is really amazing, she provided me with several options and was in constant communication with me regarding job opportunities, interviews and overall making sure that I felt satisfied with the job options she presented. Christina takes the time to listen to what a client is looking for and she follows up constantly, and I really appreciated that from a job agency. I would definitely recommend Quest to anyone who needs help finding a job.

Recent college graduates (or anyone else looking for a job) struggling with finding the right job, please talk to the people at Quest Staffing. They will make your life easier and will do their best to pair you up with the right job opportunities for you. NO SCAMS like many other staffing agencies that promise you the world and never deliver. To me, actions speak louder than words and Quest Staffing definitely delivers. I obtained a great job through them 3 years ago, and now I am back with them to take me to the next level in my career!
