This is the worst company I’ve ever encountered. It’s better to stay at home than join here. Once you join, they completely stop caring about you. If you request a project or client change, they create unnecessary drama and pressure you to stay, no matter how unrealistic the work demands are. Their clients set impossible targets, and even after working hard to meet them, they still refuse to pay salaries . Such a fraudulent company.unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Please do not consider this firm, they will try maximum to not pay you, allowances and leaves are horrible,
If you take 5 days leave in a week like Monday to Friday, Saturday and sunday also will be considered as leave.
Sometimes the salary will be delayed without any reason, my salary was delayed by 16 days and when asked it was a very lethargic response.
There are only 1 paid leave per month.

I had a very bad experience with experience with Quess. A recruiting manager by name Swagata Saha had called me for job opening with one of their clients. Interviews happened and she floated the offer letter as well. After 2 wks of the completion of boarding formalities, she mailed me back saying project has closed.
