I worked for Quantum for 3 years immediately after graduate school. It was a great experience for a first time grad going into the work force. Going into a contract company can be intimidating, but due to having Anna Robb as my supervisor she made it such a seamless process. She was always looking out for me in ways to grow in my profession and helped me make educated decisions! I would recommend new graduate therapist (OT, PT, SLP) in starting here as your first job, especially if you are unsure of what area you want to pursue!

I recently moved back into the country and am re-entering the workforce after a 3 year sabbatical. Recruiters and contract agencies were spamming my phone and email with too-good-to-be-true offers. I reached out to Quantum because as a former employee, I knew they would work with me to find the right fit for placement. They have systems and procedures in place for communication and education to support their therapists throughout the year. As an employee, my expertise and professionallism are valued but also my humanity. Multiple people on the HR team bent over backwards to accommodate my unique situation, from figuring out how to deal with a foreign language COVID certificate to adjusting orientation deadlines to accommodate my move. Quantum has grown to a much larger company since I left but the feeling of being valued and being a member of a team has remained the same.
