As a published author with over 8 years of experience in the industry, that structures and judges companies onboarding experience, I have to give this company a 1 star rating. One key aspect is this company leverages a team that collects information instead of posting clients roles but for own company they don’t leverage there own team they post internal roles which is a red flag. Second concern is posting companies roles and once applied they tell you they are prioritizing other posted roles before the one you apply for but this all told to you after scheduling an attending a 45 minute long interview which wastes both the talent and companies time and receive a text message the next following day stating this. Thirdly concerning portion of interview was speaking to someone in a dark room, with the blind closed through teams that never spoke on the hours, the salary or work location which you would think would be important. Most applicants are scared to voice what they see or how they were treated. But I have over 200 plus reviews with my company without a single negative one, companies management and future talent should be fully aware of this process for full transparency and full accountability of what’s stated and what occurs in your interviews or tied to your company. Sincerely Lorne Carter

The Qualigence team was a key partner in developing a market specific talent analysis to enable our growth strategy. The team did a great job with categorizing industry trends, identifying qualified talent within the market, and developing a strategic approach to our talent initiative. Their market intelligence and insights were key to the success of our project and their hands-on approach and open communications created an extraordinary customer experience.

As a longtime client of Qualigence, I have always had an excellent relationship with Kirk Kameg and the rest of his team. They are always checking in to make sure that we are getting exactly what we need. Kirk and his team are truly invested in their clients. They insert themselves into your assignments and work alongside you to ensure a successful outcome. If for any reason there is an issue, they course correct immediately. And the lines of communication are constantly open, producing a real back and forth that is essential to the successful completion of any project. Most contract firms are transactional, not Qualigence. Kirk and his team really employ a personal touch that you just don’t receive from other firms. I’ve always felt like our relationship was a true partnership. This isn’t always the case with an external firm. I think that says a lot about the company and what drives their success. I’d definitely recommend Kirk Kameg and Qualigence to anyone looking for complete and reliable output and an enjoyable research process.
