I applied for a position this company was looking to fill and a recruiter was quick to reach out. After a conversation with the recruiter, I moved on to a client interview and all seemed to be going well. After the client interview, I did not hear anything back so I sent a follow up email to the recruiter and she told me she would hopefully have an answer in a few days and would follow up at the beginning of the following week. She never followed up, so I waited a few days and sent an email back to the recruiter. She responded saying she was going into a meeting with her account manager and would be getting an update, so I should know something soon. I never heard back from the recruiter, and she never responded to further emails. Ghosting a candidate after the interview process has started is extremely unprofessional. This lack of professionalism and respect means I cannot recommend this company.

After I posted my review, the President and Founder of the company contacted me via phone. I had the opportunity to share my complete experience and I felt that my concerns were truly understood. During my conversation with Mr. Murray, it was evident that he is genuinely invested in ensuring that candidates are treated well by his company. I am pleased with the outcome of our call and believe that although companies cannot always get everything right, Mr. Murray’s efforts serve as a fantastic example of how companies should respond when they fall short. As a result, I am updating my review.
