Terrible agency to work with, the staff are very rude and do not communicate effectively between each other and with their clients. You stated I had not turned up to 1 shift 2 years ago which is the reason you won’t take me on again. However, I have been working in a permanent position now for over 2 years so I am baffled how I didn’t turn up to something 2 years ago when I was in a permanent position at another company. I highly doubt I didn’t turn up to 1 shift, there would have been a reason and you and the client probably didn’t communicate effectively between each other.

Fantastic agency to be with, want to especially give a massive shout to Millie Jackson who was an absolute legend throughout my time and fought my corner constantly. A fantastic agency and I can’t recommend them enough, had absolutely zero issues with them at any point

QS (Nottingham) were able to find me employment soon after my initial interview and worked for them for roughly 6 months. They kept me updated regularly regarding work, paid me and the staff were helpful and friendly. No complaints.
