HR Personnel are frustrating to deal with. The promise to provide updates after their meeting however, no updates arte being provided. Our sep pay is delayed and they plan to delay it more as they plan to release in August (with no exact date) even if we were redundiated 1st of June. We have escalated them to DOLE however, they don’t show respect to DOLE what more with employees like us. They are pointing fingers with each other and does not want to take accountability. It is very disappointing that a company that provides HR services violates provision on Labor Laws of the Philippines. They don’t set a good example and stains the name of the company. I pity the owner of this company having such employees. The owner and founder of this company should look into the behaviors of each member of the team and see if they fit the role that they applied for.

TAT for HR concerns will take year long before they respond. If i can review this company to -100, I will give them a -1000 for their service
