I have had the pleasure of working with Q Works Group for multiple services including 1-1 Coaching with Michael, recruitment and hiring, and team-building support. I have had phenomenal experiences with all of those services.
Michael is an excellent coach who asks insightful questions that help me identify my strengths and areas for improvement, and helps me develop behaviors that have already created changes in my team and those I manage. On top of our regular sessions, he always makes time to help me address urgent needs as they arise. Some of the benefits I have seen include: better processes to build and maintain strong relationships with my team, less stress in my workday, stronger organizational skills for myself and my staff, and better outcomes from my key employees.
