Not only are they heavily unorganized but apparently understaffed. Putting a single person in charge of placements will have you waiting a month to start. Do not have any family emergencies. Even with proof, They will pretend to understand but fire you without notification. Absolute liars will only cover their own skins. Payment is shady. Extremely ghetto would not recommend

I have never worked for an employment agency before! Workforce Purpose Solutions has made a great impression so far! They connected me to a great employment opportunity that I love! They worked with me and I am getting the experience that I lacked, they gave me a chance!

My experience with Purpose Workforce Solutions has been amazing. Everyone there cares about their workers. They helped me find placements that met my needs and offered jobs that work well with my commute from home. They really show appreciation based on my work ethic, attendance, and ability to grow. I recommend Purpose to anyone who is willing to get and keep a job.
