Worst site to ever order from. Don’t buy books from here. They’re the worst bookstore ever possible. They don’t deliver on time, with pathetic packaging and an even worse customer service.
I ordered two books, and only recieved one of them in a flimsy packaging that barely held together.
It has been 3 months, with countless emails and tickets with no solution whatsoever. I’ve messaged on every platform that I could reach them with no results about the whereabouts of my second book.
Their customer service is next to disgusting. They’re irresponsible and close issues/tickets without replying or dare I say even opening.
Worst site to ever buy from. Had the worst experience. Please do yourself a favour and don’t visit this bookstore again. 🐾

I have had an horrible experience with the Purple box. I ordered my book on 18th June …. its almost 13th July, but the order has yet not been picked up by the delivery partner. However, the company states that the order has been picked up. They do not provide timely updates or anything, you have to literally chase them for answers.

If you are ordering or pre-ordering any book from The Purple Box Bookstore, let me tell you that you need not worry ! They sell the most genuine books at the lowest price possible ! I personally love to shop from them because who doesn’t like saving a Penny or two ? Also, they offer free delivery for order above ₹250 so yay !
