Im an Operating Derartment Practitioner and Ive worked full time for Pulse (part of the Accacium Group) full time since 2013. I chose Pulse, back then, because they supplied staff to hospitals north and south of the country which suited my work life balance. Their compliance department work tirelessly to ensure, without shortcuts, the staff provided to any unit, are fit for purpose and iron out characters that don’t meet their high expectations. Booking is easy with their IPoint app, yet loyal Pulse staff like Kelly and Simone are only a phone call away, to help me if needed. I was never furloughed or without work during the Pandemic, but additionally and most importantly, the occupational health department was their to support me and other staff when things were tough, checking in to ensure we were okay. Pulse is a very good employer, maybe not the best rates, but I 100% recommend them as a supportive, listening, agency.

Absolutely awful company to work for😡 Submitted all required info for a role, completed initial induction, then they kept coming back stating they needed more references, certificates etc, even thoI had already submitted everything several times.Thier policy states 2 references, I had to give 3, now won’t pay me.for the induction and elearning I completed. Appalling company, stay clear.

It’s been a journey with Pulse. I have had good experience with the staffs, mostly Courtenay Muswell-Rye. good communication and swift support from her. never been better. excellent professionalism. seems to know how to handle every issues that arises.
