AMAZING. I can’t thank Pam from this agency enough. I had been trying to find a way back into my HR career after being laid off due to the pandemic. I was trying for the past year and was having no luck. I applied through this agency and Pam was so quick to reach out. She was very thorough and to the point. She quickly got me into my interviews and I was ultimately offered the position. I am now working for an AMAZING company with out of this world benefits. Safe to say, thanks to Pam, I have now found a stable company where I can retire from. I’m never leaving this place! I am more than happy with this new opportunity! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH PAM.

This agency is very disorganized! I was told by owner they had Bluecross, then when going over details, another person says Blueshield. I said I need Bluecross. She says, oh it’s Bluecross Blueshield. Then when I try to enroll, it was Blue Shield. You can only enroll 1st 2 weeks of employment, other agencies its 1st 30 days. Very difficult access paystubs. Pay shorted 2x. 1st they took out insurance at end of month instead of weekly. 2nd, they said I was overpaid 6 weeks earlier. I should have been told prior to being paid, and it should have been taken care of sooner. There were times I had to send timesheet multiple times. My 1st pay, I left multiple voicemails and emails, to confirm everything was correct. No response. I didn’t get paid. They said, I forgot the week ending date for Sunday. and forgot my name. That’s on me! The school district told me they added it before it was sent to payroll. So Protocol received a correct timesheet. I am to be paid weekly. I sent my timesheet in to district and payroll. District approval 2-3 days at times. At the end, Protocol said, they paid even when timesheet wasn’t approved yet and it was difficult. If an adjustment needed to be made, they could have taken care of it the next week. Sometimes I’m on auto pilot and just put in my hours, forgetting there was a holiday. I would be informed by the district, correct it and then it was approved. Protocol should catch overpayment right away, then adjust the next week, and inform the payee. Pay just shorted without explanation. Had to call and email. Overpayment was 6 weeks earlier. Respond to voicemails and emails, provide correct information when asked, and inform when pay will be short prior to payment, so budget can be adjusted, is what should be done! If you sign with them, have one person to go to for all issues. Stay on them to get things resolved. I have never had so many issues with pay before!
