The Fredericksburg office has changed office staff three times this year. Employee morale is declining and the new office staff cares nothing about the employees only about their clients. I’ve been harassed by male colleagues, cursed at and disrespected. During the summer an OSHA violation happened and they didn’t do anything. Instead they kept me from working. They will suspend you without checking for the facts. I have had my property destroyed on the job site and nothing was done. They don’t care if you get injured, your property destroyed, if your put out in the dark without a generator, light or radio in the dark they don’t care. It’s a lie that you get a break every two hours too. I have went several hours without a break and it’s not easy standing up for over half the day or night without a break which is also an OSHA violation and is totally not their company policy although that’s what it states in your employee handbook. I worked with the company for approximately 4 years and I’ve never seen the office ran like it’s being ran right now. They hire people who come to work high on drugs and if you report them the office staff doesn’t listen to your complaints and will find fault in your performance to take the focus off of the poor performance of the people they send out drugged up. You can’t make a suggestion to the office staff either or they jump on you for even making a suggestion to them in the office; such as requesting that they implement better hiring practices. When I made the suggestion I was told I am too difficult to work with and I shouldn’t be telling anyone how to do their job. But they keep sending employees out who are high, don’t have proper gear, proper skills or proper transportation. They will volunteer you to pick up their employees and hand out your private phone number without asking you if you mind! There’s no seniority or any respect for people that’s stayed with the company. The same day I posted this Google review my District Manager called and terminated my employment. I had been respectful, responsible, loyal, helpful and hardworking throughout my employment with Labor Finders but another organization will appreciate an employee like me! I was hired within the same week.

I have worked with Labor Finders for 4 years almost and I must say our newest Office Coordinator has been a professional, fair, reliable person who has the best interest of our employees & our clients value our services. I think Alice Rhea is exactly what our local office needed to improve functionality for our office and she listens to problems that we may have and addresses them in a timely manner with fairness. I’m very pleased with the way our office and our work orders are handled by Ms. Alice Rhea. I haven’t felt this positive since I started working for the company. She has definitely been an asset to our local Labor Finders team.
