People who leave negative comments simply don’t understand how trade unions work. You have to be a member at the TIME of the incident to receive support, and comply with rules and other regulations. People don’t know the rules – and then blame an organisation. Prospect is a decent union, just like the rest. Without unions we wouldn’t have half of the employee rights that we enjoy now.

Terrible never helped in a unfair dismissal then because I was suffering from depression forgot to council my direct debit. Made enquires and was told tough no refunds . So thanks for no support when I needed it and no help financially through not being in right state of mind to deal with things. I never obviously need the services when my employment finished and they took !indy for nothing thanks prospect most useless union of all.
