I have been contracting with ProSearch since early 2016 and have been placed on 5 contracts and hands down the best recruiters around! Over the years I have worked on a few short term task specific contracts as well as placed in a direct hire that lasted 6 years. When that company was bought I needed to find another position so reached back out to Todd and Tim for help and within a few weeks I was interviewing and accepted another FT long term assignment as well as a part-time contract (different companies). The process is always seamless working with Todd, Tim and Sarah as they help prepare you for interviews, they go above and beyond to get you as much info on the company/tasks/people to help you truly understand what the work will entail. The team also takes a genuine interest in you personally so it never feels like a sterile transaction, they really care about you as a person. I always feel truly supported through the whole process and during the contracts themselves. As an example – interviewing for two most recent contracts – I was the only applicant from ProSearch and with their stellar help in preparing me for the interviews and the fact that the positions they were presenting happen to be awesome matches for me personally.
