They reached out to hire me as an LPN for $48/hr, even though I have no license, no experience and have never even studied anything medical. I’d be hesitant to use this company for my staffing needs. According to them, my skills and experience are a fantastic fit, so I asked if they have any brain surgeon positions.

Friendly, great service. Found me jobs all over, with a college degree in Fine Art. Placed me in accounting for Joan and David shoes in Everett, Password administration for Partner’s Health Care, Conservation Law Foundation, Harvard Medical fundraising. Great connections. I was able to go into the office and use their computers for classes in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and that really boost my opportunities. It’s a two way street, if you’re not working for them and making use of their tutorials and tests, they’re not going to be able to do as much for you. My work experience in jobs they found me led me to success as a professional artists, all of the classes I took here I used later in my own business. Thank you PSG!

I usually never review anyone but right now I have time and help others who consider reviews- PSG(used to be a reputable temp agency, like they had contracts with Harvard and MIT) was great but since they have transitioned to ProPivotal, not so sure. Their screening process is not very good. They have someone call you, in my case, Rica de la Cruz (she is super sweet) she explains you the role and make sure is a good match. But when she send you over to the account manager responsible for the role, (in my case Frank) badddd at communicating. He doesnt pick up your calls or emails after giving you the impression that they will send your resume over to the client (other agencies have the courtesy to tell you that the job is either no longer available or that they were for someone else, is called being considerate! and not keep you waiting). They have both done it to me twice!!!! I have conveyed my communication concerns with Rica and nothing. When in the job hunt as a temp, never put your eggs in one basket. Work with multiple agencies at once. Don’t wait around for someone like Frank to never return your calls/emails. Also, he gets confused about the role and rate he is giving you. very confusing. Since I am here, I highly recommend Beacon Hill Staffing- Allison is great, I am currently temping for them at the job of my dreams! Good luck on your job hunt! Try Robert Half too. Update: -0 stars 05/5/25 This agency is getting worse. I randomly received a call from one of their people I think his name was Ryan. He claimed he had an assignment for me… at that time I was working at another temp assignment but told them I would not ever work for them. Told him the above and he apologized for the bad experience I have had with both Rica de la Cruz and Frank. He said that would not be happening with him. Well… he hasnt called. The most fascinated thing is that he claimed he would be helping me without sending me an email or asking me for my most updated resume. What a joke of a temp agency.
