Greg was consistently prompt and reliable throughout the entire interview process. Whether it was a preliminary or final interview, he always confirmed the schedule with me and provided detailed background information on the interviewers and the technical topics they would cover, which helped me prepare effectively. He clearly communicated the overall interview process and timelines, so I always knew what to expect. Greg also called about an hour before each interview to check in, and he followed up afterward to see how things went. The onboarding process, particularly with the I-9 paperwork, was unfamiliar to me, but Greg guided me through it and coordinated with HR to ensure everything went smoothly.
