Don’t ignore the negative reviews. We needed a virtual office to scan in our mail, and we assumed that was a simple service so we ignored the reviews. After a couple months of not getting any scanned mail, we asked them to verify we had no mail waiting. They told us they typically charge just to check, but they would be nice and help us out. They checked, and said there was no mail. After 3 months, we check in again and they say there is mail but they haven’t been scanning it to us. Once they send us the physical mail, there is months of mail in the stack. We were paying for as service they weren’t providing. Regus is in breach of contract. We contacted Renee Williams, the community manager. Renee took zero responsibility, then claimed we still had to pay them through the term even though the service wasn’t being provided. Renee eventually just started ignoring our emails entirely. If you need a virtual office, save yourself time and frustration and find another service.

Edit: Regus did reach out to me, specifically Stacy Sattler, and was very apologetic about the situation. I appreciated the call.
However, Regus now emails and calls on a weekly basis demanding payment for the services they weren’t even providing. Stay away from this company.
