2020 The pandemic broke out and we had a lot of recruitment challenges in the company at that time.
I was responsible for organizing processes so as to maximize all possibilities but not to overburden the company financially. One of the ideas was to engage a dozen (!) agencies in cooperation on a success fee basis. I informed each company transparently about this. Ms. Ania and I discussed the rules on how to cooperate honestly in such circumstances, including fair play towards other companies. I was charmed by the understanding and openness to our approach, working together on the contract, and then over 100% commitment to providing the service. After 2-3 weeks, only the cooperation with Mrs. Ania was noticeable. The rest of the companies gave up, often discontinuing cooperation without information. Quality and commitment to our processes say more about the professionalism of Professionals Group than a successfully completed process. Thank you again for our good cooperation 🙂
