I recently had extensive spinal surgery. Your company provided my in home post surgical care. I simply cannot say how extraordinary my nurse LILLY REYES and my physical therapist JULIE LANN were. The arrived the day after I was discharged and were the most reassuring team of professionals.
Their level of care, compassion and professional expertise were invaluable to my post operative care and my recovery.
The were reassuring, encouraging and so generous. I will be forever grateful to these two phenomenal health care professionals. Julie & Lilly exceeded my expectations and insured my recovery.

The nurse Dana, has been accommodating, compassionate and very professional and down to earth at the same time! Thank you and excited to see the strides my husband is going to make!

Empath has now been coming to my house for two weeks. The nurses that come here are so wonderful! They are so very compassionate, gentle and very kind. I am having wound care done here and they are just so gentle with me. I would highly recommend Avidity to anyone who needs home care. While it is important to be your own advocate, these nurses are spot on with their care. They follow my surgeon’s orders and they do the job! Thank you, Amy, Leslie and Julio for taking good care of me. God Bless you all.
