It is noteworthy that I was given a mere two-day notice, despite the fact that the court had provided the order to them a week prior leaving me with minimal time to adequately prepare for any necessary measures. Notably, I received no remorse or expression of apology from them.
Regrettably, my attempt to secure assistance from Nancy Ochoa yielded no results, and she did not extend any assistance in safeguarding my right to a fair process. Instead, Cynthia, the receptionist, endeavored to address the intricate nature of the matter, which was beyond her capacity. The handling of the situation underscored a lack of attentiveness and respect on the part of the management team at this establishment. Had they gave me a heads up about the upcoming garnishment in fair timely fashion, I would have had the opportunity to organize my affairs more effectively.
The absence of such proactive measures on their part and their refusal to directly provide me with the information I was entitled to left me in the position of having to liaise with a third party, their payroll provider ADP. It’s important to note that I have not any affiliation with ADP; I am employed by Prologistix which utilizes ADP as their payroll service provider.
This reckless procrastination on their part raises questions about their regard for the welfare of their workforce. It’s unsettling to think that such a crucial matter, which directly impacts employees’ financial situations, was treated with such disregard. This leaves me pondering whether the company prioritizes their own convenience over the well-being of their employees.
As employees, we invest our time, effort, and energy to contribute to the company’s success. Our hard work generates revenue that ultimately benefits not only the company but also its shareholders. However, this recent experience has cast doubt on whether the company truly values its workforce and recognizes the pivotal role we play in its achievements.
In conclusion, I am keenly interested in witnessing their forthcoming response to this review, which I anticipate will shed light on the evident deficiency in professionalism, basic logical reasoning, and inadequate communication skills that seem to be characteristics of their business practices.
