Worst onboarding experience. Lack of communication. Saying they will do something but never doing it. Its been well over a month since I applied to them and because of their slowness I still haven’t managed to complete the onboarding process or book onto shifts. They waited 3 WEEKS to tell me that they hadn’t received my references back, and that was from me reaching out to them, not the other way round. For any HCA’s and Support workers, its better off looking elsewhere, they have wasted so much of my time.
