I recently completed my ACLS and PALS certifications with Prime Medical Services in Inkster, Winnipeg, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Nicole, the instructor, was absolutely phenomenal! She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made the learning process engaging and stress-free.
Her ability to explain complex concepts clearly and provide real-life examples helped me feel confident throughout the course. The hands-on practice sessions were thorough, and Nicole ensured everyone was comfortable and fully prepared for the exams. I passed both courses and received my certificates.
The facility was well-organized, and the entire process—from registration to certification—was seamless. I highly recommend Prime Medical service (and Nicole!) for anyone looking for professional, high-quality training in ACLS or PALS. 5 stars all the way!

I just completed my Basic Life Support training at Prime Medical Services Inc., and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Mr. Manzano, the lecturer, was knowledgeable and made complex concepts easy to understand. The training included a good mix of instruction and hands-on practice, and they even provided complimentary snacks and coffee. I left feeling confident in my skills and highly recommend Prime Medical Services Inc. for anyone seeking BLS certification!
