Completely unprofessional. They cold called to discuss a role and then set up a Zoom to ask the exact same questions that we had gone over originally so they don’t care if they’re wasting your time and they’re so classless that one of recruiters jumped off the call half the way through even though it was no more than a ten minute introduction. Don’t bother trying to work with them, just find out the name of the company when they call and apply yourself.
