A company that collects private data (email, phone number) and then stops responding. Be careful, you may receive numerous calls from Africa and Asia… but never the job you applied for without knowing the company’s name! Avoid!

Really disappointed by the lack of consideration shown to applicants, even when they have been approached! You are informed after the interview that you will receive an answer on such and such a day and despite numerous follow-ups (to get feedback, whether positive or negative), radio silence. I do not find this correct because we, as candidates, also prepare for interviews, we take time and even if the answer is negative, feedback is very useful for the candidate. It allows us to improve and/or move on and continue our search elsewhere. This is not very respectful.

This is the first time in my life that I’ve been so disappointed. Don’t ignore negative reviews like I did, because I relied on my gut feeling, which was positive at first. They approached me while I was still working, and after several interviews, I was approved and accepted the offer. I was happy to join the group, but they really lack professionalism. Poor communication and HR, I won’t even mention it. You should review your onboarding process and respect employees’ feelings, especially when they’re based on facts and you’re the one asking for their feedback. In less than a week, several departures—I’ve never seen anything like that before… Especially since it had nothing to do with professional skills or motivation. Be careful ⚠️
