It’s a typical well-run Apple Store whoever they cannot do warranty repairs there they don’t seem to have any parts or it would take three or four weeks, but otherwise it was fairly well organized

Huge waste of time and poor customer communication. I waited 3 weeks to get an iPhone battery change and when it finally came to the store I was told it would take 2 hours to change it, which was fine.
When I came to the second appointment, after an hour drive, I was told I would have to come back again the next day because they couldn’t do it as promised. Anywhere else this is a 15 min process but the store manager showed no willingness to help, and even laughed when I told him it took me and hour to go and would take me another hour to go back – all for nothing.
