they got me a job in the railway industry within 6 weeks and fully trained after been unemployed for several years, feel so good that i am back in employment thanks to Positive employment and Amy

I can honestly say that I had lost faith in most agency if not all, constantly sounding great over the the phone, enthusiastic trips to register, all positive, then nothing, no jobs, no phone calls zero communication ..non stop time wasting and feeling rejected I was told about Positive Employment by an old school friend and registered with the agency feeling quite positive as there were so many job descriptions floating around.. I must say the staff are all encouraging and genuinely seem to want to get you out of unemployment. I found work elsewhere online, but it was short term. I contacted Positive employment again, a change of staff a bit disappointing but was introduced to Corrine. Corrine was different a breath of fresh air , energetic smiling and 100% authentic. I came in to re-register with him and was blown away honestly, he was so empathic, explaining he knew how it felt to be out of work and promised me he would personally ensure he found a job for me saying my CV was fine, just giving me confidence. The whole team were so lovely cups of tea and the loveliest cake and kind words from Hyacinth, so encouraging. Brilliant!! Just pushing and pulling me along, by now I had nearly given up. Weeks later He called me with an interview, I was shocked but happy, even happier when days later he said I had been offered the job. I can not tell you how it felt to not feel emotionally rejected. The whole unemployed experience is really unpleasant but a battle we will eventually win with staff like Corrine and team they really deserve the name of “Positive Employment” . Thank You

Since the first time we contacted Positive Employment, they have been professional, courteous, and efficient. The level of customer service is first rate. Their staff have always been available to discuss our needs and respond to our enquiries. We feel that we have developed an excellent working relationship with the team. As a day service that provides social education for autistic adults who have learning disabilities, it is particularly important that our staff are patient, professional, and compassionate. Six of the workers that they have referred to us have now been employed full time by St Mark’s and we feel that is a perfect testimony to the service they have provided us.
