In my case, the agent was unable to say anything about the professional qualifications for the position before sending the application. Unfortunately it was the same with the customer (qualifications and number of hours). Unfortunately, it seems very unprofessional to me overall. In some cases, you shouldn’t be surprised about a shortage of skilled workers.

I recently had an interview here as part of a personnel pre-selection and I can say that this is one of the reasons why I finally got my new job as a control technician. Starting with the application via email, people were very friendly and competent. As a suitable applicant for the advertised position, I was – as mentioned – invited for a personal interview. The conversation was extremely pleasant. Many questions were (understandably) asked which were intended to clarify both professional competence and social competence. Thanks to an express recommendation to the employer, the path to signing the employment contract was unusually quick – I would like to take this opportunity to thank my agent, Ms. Zdichynek, for this recommendation. My personal opinion on the position was also valued – basically whether I would enjoy the work. In the most recent email I was informed about data protection/data processing. I was given the choice of a very simple way to either have my data/documents saved for further possible applications (can be revoked at any time) or to have them deleted. In my opinion, this is also a positive thing in terms of a transparent appearance. Conclusion: For me, PMC is a company of the highest quality. Competent, friendly, fast, reliable and transparent. In my opinion, highly recommended. If I’m ever looking for a job again, I’ll be the first to ask here.
