It has been an amazing experience with Berry Recruitment. From the recruitment process, to trainings and to the point of actually being assigned jobs has been wonderful. My experience with Berry Recruitment in Warrington was one of the worst I’ve ever had with any recruitment agency. The manager, Collete, is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and honestly just disgusting in the way she treats people. She speaks down to you like you’re beneath her and makes no effort to be respectful. I also witnessed behaviour that was clearly racist – and when this was brought up, it was completely brushed off like it didn’t matter.
Collete acts like she can do whatever she wants without consequences. When people try to speak up or make a complaint, she either denies it ever happened or twists the situation to make herself look innocent. There’s no accountability, no fairness, and absolutely no care for how people are treated.
If you’re thinking of signing up with this branch – don’t. There are plenty of other agencies out there that treat people with basic respect and decency. Berry Recruitment really needs to take a serious look at who they have running this branch.

Worked with berry couple weeks really, at first they sent me to a school which I wasn’t meant to go! Second they sent me to a school where I ended up doing the washing which wasn’t what I went for! Staff were also rude and borderline line racist, when I communicated that to berry they did nothing!!
Also their fees aren’t clear as they use a thirds party company to pay you so they can eat off you there too! Do not apply you’ll waste your time that’s why they always looking for staff
Beware when working with these agency absolute joke!
