I spent nearly 2k on F1 tickets for Austin in April and was not able to travel as the USA contiued to block foreigh tourists, and flights were cancelled. I tried to book a different F1 instead and move my tickets but they refused to issue any credit. A telephone operator kept repeating “refer to section 4 of our terms and conditions”. I wasn’t looking for a refund, just a credit note I could use with the same company. Realy poor customer service – I would not recommend this company.

Ticketing works, but (important) questions about dates and procedures are not answered – despite multiple emails 🙁 Good customer service also works differently in Monaco…

Terrible, I accidentally bought reduced tickets instead of full tickets and didn’t want to change them, obviously I was willing to pay the difference. They asked me to buy more and then throw away the ones already purchased with huge economic damage.
