A temp agency that lacks professionalism, assigns missions to their friends and relatives. My girlfriend signed up and is desperately waiting for someone to call her while others, the same ones, are sent to the positions. In addition, one of the advisors, I think her name is Laetitia, allowed herself to criticize the temporary workers she is in charge of, on social networks, it is unacceptable and lamentable.

This agency has a team that lacks experience in my opinion, it is the lowest rated of all the agencies on the island, this is obviously a sign. I would like to speak particularly to the St-Denis agency, I had to deal with a manager who I think has completely forgotten the heart of her job which is to help people find work, I felt judged and even oppressed, at the beginning I applied for a job, I was accepted, I have the required qualities etc… then later she told me that the position had already been filled, which surprised me because during the interview she confirmed that there was no one else as a candidate and no other agency (certainly the fruit of her relentless intuition)…a few days later she calls me back to tell me that it’s good I can finally go for the interview (I imagine she didn’t find anyone else lol), I ask her how it happened and the lie was that another position had been opened up. In short, I understand the position that we can have in her place but honestly from what I have seen, she lacks tact, of knowing how to communicate, it seems that she is there to defend people from finding work, from moving forward, the prejudices and feelings which have no reason to be take over the reason for her employment, it is the first time that I have felt so uncomfortable in a temporary agency. This Élodie clearly lacks a profession, or else she has the wrong vocation. Not to mention that others think they are prison guards, openly and without restraint criticizing candidates in front of everyone waiting in the waiting room. Honestly, stay humble ladies and please have a minimum of respect for those who take the trouble to introduce themselves to you. I’ve rarely seen such an unresponsive temp agency. You put together an application at the agency, and they give you timesheets to return each week. They tell you they’ll call you back every time you visit. Then the agency stops responding and doesn’t respond to emails. Yet they post ads every day on various platforms… Too bad, I’ll go see motivated people to support me in my career path.
