This building is absolutely amazing! The management is simply very professional and friendly and we truly appreciate all of them! Besides the fact that I love the architects who designed this building (trust me, I’m an architect!) I love the beautiful finishes and the unbelievable amenities! The shared working space is a super plus with incredible views, couches and great meeting rooms! The community is great and we are meeting amazing people! We love to be part of the 1S1 family!!!

What differentiates One South First from other buildings is the incredible sense of community. There are so many wonderful people, families with children, and dogs of all shapes and sizes! We are all supported by a wonderful management team who work tirelessly to keep our building clean, safe, and fun for all. From the initial leasing process, to the smiles we receive from our door-people, to our super and support staff – they all create a wonderful experience for everyone. As a foreigner living in New York for ten years, I never felt any apartment was truly home until I moved into moved into One South First. If you work from home, the communal areas in One South First are amazing. The amount of times people thought the lounge background was a virtual background speaks to the overall design and aesthetic they created. Regarding the apartments, the floor to ceiling windows surrounding us ensures we always have brightly lit rooms, and amazing sunsets. The marble finishings in the kitchen are high quality, as are the Bosch appliances (dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer). The gym and yoga studio are fully equipped, and there are Peloton and Les Mills bikes available. Finally, the 40 seat cinema in the basements makes for excellent viewings of sports events, and management frequently throw celebrations with drinks, thematic food stands and decoration. This is the best apartment building in Brooklyn.

We feel extremely lucky to be part of this community. Management is doing a great job, all staff are real professionals and are always very helpful and kind. Beautiful building with great amenities. It is located right at the waterfront in Domino Park with lots of nice restaurants close-by. The North Williamsburg ferry is just 5 minutes away which makes the commute to Manhattan very easy and fun. Plus you cannot compete with this view! 🤩Best in the neighborhood! 🌇🧡
