I had a very poor experience with this consultancy. In mid HR team was highly unresponsive — they never pick up calls, and even after seeing my missed calls, I never received a callback. Most of the time, the HR is either on leave or simply does not reply at all. Then I raised a complaint, only then they started responding me.
The only time I’ve seen any action being taken is when I physically visited their office. That too, during one visit, I found out — through the director himself — that the CTC for two different location were different, which was never communicated to me before.
This level of service is simply unacceptable. They have a great, grand, impressive office & their services are just opposite.
What’s more frustrating is that I had already made full payment to them for their services, but I did not receive the kind of support or follow-up I was promised. It’s been over 6 and a half months, and I feel like my time, money, and energy have all been wasted.
In this 6 and a half months they started my process in around 5-6 companies (one by one) but got no placement anywhere. They just keep on saying those companies are their clients & the process takes time. I understand their clients might have rejected my profile once, twice or thrice but how one’s profile can get rejected every-time.
If you can’t placed a candidate, it’s totally fine, you can always re-fund them their hard-earned money. But please don’t fool them that you have another – “So called Client” & you will place them their.
If you think you are professionals and are capable to contribute something in the society, just do this –
1)First build a good relation with your – “So called Client”.
2)Keep clear communication with your candidates.
3)Be more transparent with your candidates.
4)Give timely updates to your candidates.
5)Don’t take more than 3 months to place any candidate, until & unless the candidate is ready to give you guys more time (Because after 3 months candidate start loosing hope, interest & patience. And they get frustrated) So kindly proceed for refund after 3 months
6)Understand things from candidate point of view ( Just think if you were in their position how you would have feel )
7)You guys need to understand that after every CV there’s a hope from the candidate. Please don’t make them hopeless.
8)Give your candidates an approx date of when they will get placed ( in my scenario they said one week and they took 2 months and did nothing )
9)Word-Of-Mouth plays a very important role in every business. You guys never realized what kind of feedback a frustrated candidate will provide to other job-seeking candidates, who are willing to get placed from your consultancy – Read This Twice !
10)Be a Man of your words ( If you say you can give placement to a candidate just placed them, if you think you can’t – just say you can just try to give them a placement, why are you giving false commitments ) – Read This Thrice !
So that’s the reason I applied for re-fund, and Thankfully, my re-fund was processed, but only after chasing them daily & persistent follow-up.
I hope you are not upset with me and this message doesn’t come in a wrong way & will take my feedback very-very seriously ( as I took you guys seriously 6 and half months back )
It would be great to see you guys evolving instead of fooling.
