If you’re into rich, hearty ramen – Ichikakuya is the real deal. The broth is thick, creamy, and packed with flavor (definitely not for the faint of heart). I went for the pork ramen and it was legit – tender chashu, springy noodles, and that perfect ajitama egg. You can customize your noodle firmness and broth richness, which is a big win. Cozy little spot with quick service. Left super full and super satisfied. Will 100% be back when the ramen cravings hit!

I usually don’t take the effort to review things, but i would like to share my positive experience here. Been here around 3 times and all 3 times were great.
First of all, the food is pretty good. I loved the char siu, its soft and just burstiing with flavor. The broth and ramen while not the best I’ve had, had a clear and distinct flavor to them. You can also adjust it to your liking.
Secondly, i want to praise and commend the aunty who works here. She is friendly, cheerful and always good company. She greets everyone nicely and remembers you. As someone who worked as a waiter for 2+ years, i can aay that she is providing amazing service.
The price is on the higher end, but i felt satisfied and it was worth the price.

The Ramen I ordered is really good!
I like these toppings and noodle texture!
Fried rice is okay!
The waitress is humorous and sociable.
She also speaks Japanese to communicate with!
It’s accessible from the LRT Subang jaya station crossing through the link bridge.
