A friend of mine was locked out of the building for 45 minutes while security wasn’t at their post. Then for them to volunteer the guests personal information and excuses as to why they weren’t at their post. Come on, stop making excuses as to why you arnt doing your job.

This is by far the worst establishment in all of Center City. The residents are constantly doing drug deals out in the open, faking being in wheel chairs but happily jumping up to meet the dealer in the street. The residents harass all the surrounding businesses on a daily basis. We have to lock the doors when they walk by in fear of their outbursts and threats. This company does not answer phone call or emails.

Mid-City Apartments, 7th Floor has 1 bedroom apartments, Wth Central-Air, 6th,5th Floor they have rooms, Wth ur own bathroom, All the rooms comes wth Twin Beds, wth Drawers underneath them, & A Desk wth a chair, 6th, 5th floor they have 2 kitchens on each floor, Each Kitchen has 2 Commercial Size Freezers….Back in 2000-2001 it was a program, tht U had 2 come from a Shelter, Rehab or U had a DHS Case, They had rules, U had 2 sign in & out, No company in ur rooms @ all, UR company only can come in the Kitchen Area, They had Security on the front desk 2 make sure U sign in, They had Hall Moniters, Staff to mke sure everyone was following the rules, They have an office on the 1st floor, bck in 2000-2001 U only could stay here 5 yrs. U pay 30% of ur income before taxes, No Utilities 4 (Rooms Only), The apartments U paided 30% of ur income before taxes & Electric…It was ran by then by The Ingerman Group……U get writes up if U dnt follow the rules, 3 writes up U get put out, They did hve storage in the Basement….This place called SRO 4 Single Women, 5th, 6th Floors, Philadelphia Housing Authority paid the rest of ur rent….Rooms was 600-700 a month…They did Room inspection once a month…..The Kitchen & Freezers, & Refrigerators was very clean, The had floor thru out the buildings even the rooms, The apartments had carpet expect the Kitchen area…..I was here 18 months before I moved out, This place did not help wth housing @ all…I moved on my own into a apartment paying Market Rent……
