Terrible service
The office employees on the reception don’t know how to cooperate with clients; I called and scheduled an appointment to fill the application and interview for my father, but she didn’t let us fill the application, and she started asking my father few questions, then she decided that he doesn’t speak English enough, and she said that I didn’t call or his name is on the list; She didn’t allow us to fill the required application or make the interviw. She is a (receptionist), her job to schedule appointment and hand over applications and that’s it. I wonder if the managements are aware about their employees actions, if so, that is very disappointing and NOT professional at all. Also, obviously they prefer client who speak precisely second language and they are biased to them. I knew it that she gave the job to one of her friends or family member, and used the language as an excuse. I had a very bad experience with them, don’t recommend it at all. I wouldn’t give them a star, but I have to be able to write a review.
