I took my yorkie here to get groomed and he got completely messed up. I usually take him to Baytown and they do such a good job there, but it’s a 30 minute drive and I didn’t feel like driving that far so I went here since it’s right by my house. I went to Katie since she was the one who seemed to be reviewed the highest here. He always gets a teddy bear hair cut but he came out looking completely messed up, like someone just got some clippers and chopped randomly. She also made comments about him using the restroom and complained about having to wash him again. She also made comments how he would cry, knowing he had anxiety, I made it clear and she even noticed he had social anxiety. I called a manager on the phone and all they offered was to cut him shorter to even him out but he was already so short he would have been bald at that point. Later on I also found a huge gash on his leg I was not informed about. After the appointment when I brought him home he was scared and shut down, which is not normal for him. I paid $100 for a luxury package only for him to look messed up and scared when he got home. I’ll never take him here again, I’d rather drive an hour there and back to Baytown then put him through that again. Below I’m attaching what he’s supposed to look like and how I got him.

I had my son pick up my baby today from Petsmart which I left there since 8am for grooming. He didn’t get a call until after 3p that he was done. All day and his face is shaved, skinned and sore. I need management to reach out . I am disappointed, especially for $170 face is all sore and red. Just sad…. Just an update 2/10/25 I spoke to the manager Lucy, there’s nothing they can do other then tell you to get in contact with the corporate office. Please don’t bring your babies here. Careless! Matters fact, Lucy stated that she felt like he done that on his own. Really?!
