I recently completed a course with PET-XI and had a great experience. The material was well-structured, easy to follow and very informative. The support and encouragement I received from my tutor Snita throughout the course was exceptional, creating a positive and collaborative learning atmosphere. Snita’s interactive and personal approach is the fundamental key reason why this course has had a profoundly positive impact on me. Based on my own enriching experience, I would highly recommend PET-XI to anyone interested.

I was completely out of ideas and running out of hope. My son was floundering in a system that had stopped believing in him, and I didn’t know what to do next. Then a friend suggested I speak to Fleur at PET-Xi and that conversation changed everything. Fleur understood not just my son but me as a parent. We met with her and some of the PET-Xi staff, and from the very first meeting they showed a level of care, clarity and confidence that set them apart. They took the time to truly see my son as an individual, his needs, his strengths, his potential, and it was the first time in a long while that I felt someone genuinely ‘got it’. My son had always been a high achiever, previously on the gifted and talented register, but by the end of Year 10 his school was saying Functional Skills might be the only option and that GCSEs were unlikely to be viable. He had been labelled as disengaged, but really he hadn’t been engaged with. PET-Xi turned that around. They don’t use a one size fits all approach. They tailor their teaching to each individual, especially those who think and learn differently. For my neurodivergent son, that alone has been transformational. In just a few weeks he’s gone from disheartened and overlooked to motivated, focused and genuinely excited about both learning and his future. He is thriving! PET-Xi haven’t just helped him catch up, they’ve restored his confidence and self-belief. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are professional, compassionate and truly changing lives.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a three-week course with PET-XI through the job centre in Rugby, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to support me. My tutor, Miguel, was absolutely outstanding. In such a short space of time, he taught me so much and made the learning process both enjoyable and incredibly effective. His passion and dedication to helping students succeed are truly commendable. Another standout was Steve, who worked tirelessly on my designs and menus. He exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed to move forward with confidence. Finally, Becky, my mentor, has provided continued support even after the course ended. Her guidance and encouragement have been invaluable, and I feel fully equipped to pursue my goals thanks to her help. I can’t recommend PET-XI enough for anyone looking to improve their skills or take that next step in their career.
