Applied for a fixed term role offering full-time work, everything went smoothly until receiving the contract, a casual contract. I thought fine, there must be plenty of shifts available if the ad was a full-time role. After waiting almost two months for the job to start (kept getting delayed), I wasn’t rostered for any shifts. After contacting to follow this up, I received no reply nor explanation, even though I was still assigned to it in their system. Complete waste of time, avoid this agency
