My review is BEYOND long overdue. A friend advised me to meet with a recruiter at PRI. I went in not expecting much. The recruiter was very honest and told me she did not have a role for me at the time but was positive she could get a great one for me, that it was only a matter of time. 3 months later she contacted me and I’ve been at the best job I’ve ever had for 5+ years now, where I hope to retire from. So she took a little time, but she knew exactly what she was doing, and I thank her for it and include her in my prayers, more than she’ll ever imagine. Thank you, Janet!

I had an excellent experience working with Perennial Resources International (PRI). Bill Stevens — the recruiter who contacted me and worked with me through the application, interview and hiring process — was professional, personable and extremely supportive. When I took a conversion to full-time, which meant that the client was no longer paying PRI, Bill offered sincere congratulations. Kathy Patterson of the administrative staff was also a joy to work with. In particular, she was very accommodating, leaning over backwards to get me paid on time even when I was late sending a timesheet to PRI. I love my current job at the firm where PRI placed me, and I am grateful to PRI for having a great staff of friendly, helpful people who helped me land that job.

I began working with this company about 2 months ago, when I discovered a great opportunity through them. My recruiter submitted my resume and I received an initial phone screen interview with their clients HR recruiter immediately. I was told that I did well and that a follow-up phone interview with the hiring manager would be scheduled shortly. About a week later the recruiter explained that the HR recruiter I interviewed with either left her position or the company, he wasn’t really sure which. Also, the opportunity I began interviewing for was put on hold until they replaced her. for the following month and a half, I checked in with the recruiter 2-3 times a week and was always told they were in a holding pattern waiting to fill the HR position first. I finally received an automatically generated email from the woman that supposedly left informing me the position was filled. I contacted the recruiter who explained that it was “officially” put on hold and that is why the email was sent but rest assured they haven’t interviewed anyone yet. I then reached out to the HR Manager who told me that she never left her position, they had fired PRI weeks ago and that the job had been filled. She also told me that I was a candidate high on their list, but they couldn’t reach out to me due to concerns that I may have a contract with PRI, which I did not. So this firm was fired, and chose to be unethical and possibly lost me the chance at a position I waited a long time to find. Do not trust them they will lie to you! I gave them 1 star because I am unable to give 0.
