Not User-Friendly & Poor Support
PeopleHR is clunky, slow, and not intuitive. Basic tasks take too long, reports are hard to customize, and the mobile app is almost unusable. Customer support is slow and unhelpful. Not recommended for modern HR needs.

Poor support experience with PeopleHR. After initial setup, it became nearly impossible to get timely help or follow-up sessions. Meetings were scheduled but never actually happened due to lack of communication. The unresponsiveness from the account manager has made it very difficult to use the platform effectively. Not the level of service one expects from an HR solution.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of support from PeopleHR. Despite multiple follow-ups, we received no assistance after the initial onboarding. Scheduled meetings were missed without any communication, and our account manager has been completely unresponsive. The platform has become unusable due to this neglect. We expected far better service from a professional HR software provider.
