They do interview and they tell you they will help you but honestly they don’t. I end up been hire in a awesome job thanks to my effort and after one month I got a call to find out if I was still looking for job? Honestly there is no priority to anybody, no honesty on the words they mention you, I can even say is really hypocrite the way that they spoke to you about the process and there is no goodwill promise to help you at all.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE AES! I’ve landed a wonderful job where I love coming to work and working with my co-workers. Cathleen was such an amazing help with finding this wonder position I have right now. Also to everyone else that has been so helpful when I was first starting and I had many many questions and took time out of their work day to answer them! Such a wonderful staff! I defiantly recommend partnering up with them on a search for a job in Anchorage!

Alaska Executive Search is the best employment agency in Alaska and the best that I have ever came across throughout the nation. The employees are extremely helpful, friendly, and they genuinely care about finding employment for all individuals. They are great at keeping in communication and respond very quickly to my phone calls and emails. I would HIGHLY recommend using their services for both job seekers and companies looking for employees. It is a truly amazing company and the people that make up their cohesive team are unlike ordinary recruiters.
