Beware of People Staffing — they play with your career. They paint a rosy picture during hiring: promise bonuses, good roles, quick onboarding. But what they hide is more dangerous — the bonus they offer can be taken back (chargeback) if you leave or get fired within 18 months. And yes, the company can fire you within days. Once you’re placed and their commission is secured, you’re no longer their concern. If something goes wrong, you’ll be ghosted — no replies, no help, no responsibility. Even after dozens of calls and messages, their team refuses to talk. You’re left mentally, emotionally, and financially drained. A consultancy that exists because of candidates should at least treat them with basic respect and transparency. Sadly, People Staffing fails terribly at both. Don’t fall into their trap.
