I was bummed to realize I arrived at the store too early, only to find a very pleasant worker that welcomed me in before opening hours. His name was Gopal and he was very helpful and pleasant. In a world where many workers would not open doors early, it was a great surprise and one I wanted to be sure to share about! Thank you!

This is an efficient, well run operation.
I’ve been going to the Maple Grove UPS Store for years. I’ve shipped everything from framed art, to business documents, to guitars. They have always exceeded my expectations.
I’m writing this review because of yet another reason why I like this location:
They are properly staffed.
So many businesses think that the only way to make more money is by cutting staff. This place does it the best way, I think…by just doing a great job !

Put wrong label on the box we literally paid to have printed in the store while we were there. Should have been an easy “grab it off the printer and send it” but he put someone else’s label that apparently was printed before mine. Sent hundreds of dollars worth of product somewhere else.
The owner/manager is completely incompetent and will nickel and dime you to death to make a buck. (Seriously, it’s embarrassing and slightly concerning how money hungry this guy is)
Drive the extra few minutes and go to a store that knows what they are doing and actually cares about what they are doing. (not the Roger’s location either, he manages that location as well)
