Even if you were hiring in the Northern part of India you can not be biased to one race and mention that the role is not open to people from the southern part of India. I strongly recommend you look into your policies and if this is a one of incident with respect to this particular HR who has posted the job opening, please hire the right staff for your own company. This is really embarrassing.

Being in Bangalore, you want to avoid south candidates. Wow.. Corruption at its best.. What will you do if the south avoids ur company here.. A company whose thinking and values are so low, how can one expect good products or thoughts, from the so called world class company. Such a disgrace
