I discovered this great team in the Indeed job market postings. I was pleased to discover that Penda Aiken is a Black woman who started her own company!!! That, in and of itself, proved that this agency was successful. When I applied for my current remote job on Indeed, there were a few crossed wires where both Penda Aiken agency and the tech company with which Aiken had a contract. After aseveral months, although both parties had responded to my application, I had still not received confirmation of employment. After several email queries, Penda Aiken herself responded to give me the next steps to take to complete the application process. I was IMPRESSED! Apparently, my concerns had traveled up the chain of command right to the top! And the Chief Officer herself got back to me. Stellar operation with decades of super performance. I have now worked on the job for almost seven months and I must say that EVERY SINGLE staff person in that company has been amazingly competent, tenacious, responsible, supportive, available, supportive and pleasant!
