We have been recruiting oracle consultants and once we took a 15 minute services demonstration from PEGASUS they was able to show us all the feature rich services they are providing. We not only received a constant selection of local expert consultants but each CV came with a video introduction from the candidate so we was instantly able to identify suitability from the start when receiving the paper cv in the past only to wait 2 weeks with other agencies to find at interview stage we had wasted all that time, they have some impressive features for clients to recruit far quicker and easier

Since our SAP Competency Manager undertook a services demonstration I was made contact with to see it from a HR talent perspective to explore the consideration of using Pegasus. I must say it is the best I have seen coupled with a free 6 month replacement should the candidate move on for any reason and not to worry about rebate periods was the sort of confidence we was looking for of a client of our size. Multiple aspects of the service video cv, providing the candidate career comparison reports to provide evidence of a worthwhile move are all new to us. Finally the the talent appraisal really does compliment the cv and provides and allrounder insight to the candidate selection at introduction stage which allowed us to hire 2 individual SAP module experts within 18 days from job spec to offer which said it all. We have had a number of difficult assignments within the ERP space and have clearly had trouble filling the positions with our current PSL. Pegasus presented us with a services demonstration to expose the demographics knowledge within our area and explained how they will motivate passive candidates to consider our requirements and the demo left me confident that they were knowledgeable in our discipline, after a fairly quick process including video cv which our Business Applications Manager felt was a real time saver we had hired 3 consultants for our BAU function.
Thanks I hope this helps others whom will be in our position we have always found ERP a difficult area to recruit for up until now, also being a rare organisation to use multiple ERP integrated packages.
