I have been registered with this agency for many years. A couple of years ago I was introduced to a Placement Specialist that I did not know. I liked her very much and felt confident that she could find me a great match. She put me forward to a few positions and there were a couple of issues that came up that I considered unprofessional. I mentioned them to her and moved forward. Then there was a position that came up recently. I think she was promoting me to the client but there were issues. She told me the salary that she quoted to the client for me, which was lower than we had been discussing. She did not discuss it with me beforehand. After she told me and I questioned her, she did not address it. I also asked a question that reflected on my interest of the position and it went ignored as well. Then one evening, after 6:00, she emailed me and started the paragraph saying that she was on the phone with the client now and they were writing up an offer for me. However, then she mentioned that it was not for the position that I had applied for. And yet, supposedly they were writing up an offer. I took a couple of days to think about the position the client was considering adding and came up with a Job Description for the position, as the client requested. The client and I spoke about scheduling over a couple of weeks and then she decided that they did not want to move forward establishing this position. She then asked if she could contact me in the future if things changed. At this time, she told me that her and her husband had only been discussing considering this position and had decided against it. She told me that she had experienced miscommunication with the agency, and I told her that I had as well. I liked this Placement Specialist, but I would not characterize these issues as professional. I asked Seth, the V.P., if I could use a different Placement Specialist if I continued to work with the agency and explained the issues that had come up. He said he found my perspective interesting, saying that Placement Specialist had strongly endorsed me to the family. That is not the point, the instances that I shared were not professional and I feel like he didn’t seem bothered that both myself AND the client had experienced miscommunication from the agency. I never heard back from him.

Seth was my Placement Agent, and together with Cara they did a magnificent job in placing me with one of the best families in New York. Seth had gone over and above in finding me a job. Seth have great communication skills and very understanding, will not disappoint. I will recommend Pavillion Agency to everyone
