I need to print a label. Even though they advertise “printing service”, they do not have wireless printing to print from phone on their printer. They charged me $2.00 for them to receive the label from the email, then about 0.17 + tax for printing label (the cost of a black and white printing for the “printing service”).
For a true customer focused service, It should be relatively easy to set up wireless printing so that a customer can connect to the printers to print a pdf file. Many home printers have that function and I do not see why they could not offer it with 2-3 printers they have in the store. They could still offer $2 charge for customers who want them to print a label for him/her

I so appreciate the team at the UPS store on Bissonnet near Kirby. To a person, customer service is exemplary and I’m always greeted with a smile.
Edgar Castillo deserves a special shout out for his packaging of my granddaughter‘s jewelry box. I was nervous about sending it, and he assured me he would pack it so it got there in mint condition. It did and I am grateful for his kindness and extra attention to detail.
This is a hard-working team and everyone goes above and beyond. Thank you, Edgar! Thank you, Q! Thank you, Jose! You guys are the very best! ☺️
