HR doesn’t know the difference between ESI and insurance, my CTC is 40k still I’m not eligible for corporate insurance, there’s no prompt response from respective HR.

Parishram Resources is one of the best outsourcing company. Recently I have joined in this company. so here I have learned so many things which is good for my future. Colleagues are so co-operative, Environment is good. so I thought it was my wonderful experience.

This is a very useless service and people are shown their vacation when they have used it. They also cut the money of the stranger and do not give any clarity on how to cut the money. They show incentive slabs and give the money in a different way.
